- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 packs pumpernickel crackers
- 300 g smoked salmon
- basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Slice the avocados lengthwise, remove pits, and loosen the flesh from the halves, then drizzle with lemon juice.

Press the garlic cloves and blend them with the avocado flesh and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.

Spread the pumpernickel crackers with the avocado cream, top with smoked salmon slices, and garnish with basil leaves.
