Ingredients
- 250 g smoked trout fillet
- 100 g mango chutney (from jar)
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish (fresh or jar)
- juice of one lime
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 12 pumpernickel crackers
- 1 cucumber
- 3 cocktail tomatoes
- chives (for garnish)
Instructions

Finely chop the smoked fish, whisk with mango chutney and horseradish. Add butter and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Peel the cucumber and cut into thicker slices; place on pumpernickel crackers and spread with the smoked fish cream. Wash tomatoes, quarter them, and together with washed chive stems add to the crackers.
