- 350 g rice noodles
- 500 g sliced beef
- 250 g green beans
- Salt
- 2 red onions
- 200 g corn kernels (canned)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.

Rinse the sliced beef and pat dry. Wash, trim, and boil the green beans in salted water for about 6 minutes; cool and drain. Peel and slice the onions into wedges. Drain the corn well. Sauté the onions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the beef and cook together for another 2-3 minutes. Mix in the beans and corn, letting everything heat through for 1-2 minutes. Season with soy sauce and lemon juice, then serve over the drained noodles.
