Ingredients

  • 4 thick fillets (about 200 g)
  • coarse ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the beef steaks, pat them dry, season with pepper, and sear in a hot pan with oil for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness.

    Season again, wrap in foil, and let rest for about 10 minutes. Slice thinly, arrange on a platter, optionally re‑season, and serve with fresh frisée salad if desired.
