Ingredients

  • 350 g rice vermicelli
  • 8 spring onions
  • 100 g young spinach
  • 200 g feta
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 pinch brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water and drain.

    Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions diagonally. Wash, dry, and spin the spinach. Crumble the feta.

    Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; season with pepper. Toss all prepared ingredients with the dressing and serve immediately.
