Radicchio with Goat Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 75 g dried cranberries
  • 2 radicchio heads
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 500 g goat fresh cheese
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the cranberries.

    Clean, wash, dry, and slice the radicchio into fine strips.

  3. 3.

    Combine cranberries with honey and radicchio and spread on six plates.

  4. 4.

    Form small balls from the goat cheese and distribute over the plates.

  5. 5.

    Season salad with black and red pepper. Wash, dry basil, and cut some leaves into thin strips.

    Drizzle salad with oil, season with salt, and sprinkle basil on top.
