- 3 bunches radishes
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 500 g pickled herring
- 1 packet garden cress

Wash, dry, and slice the radishes thinly.
