Rice Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g rice flour
  • 150 g potato starch
  • 100 g fine rice bran
  • 42 g yeast (1 cube)
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 2 tsp guar gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Crush the yeast with sugar and 100 ml lukewarm water and let rise covered for about 10 minutes.

    Mix whole rice flour with potato starch, rice bran, guar gum and salt; add yeast, vinegar and 300 ml lukewarm water and knead thoroughly.

    Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise for about 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan-forced for about 60 minutes. Brush with oil after 50 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
