Rice and Minced Meat Skillet

Ingredients
- 150 g Basmati whole grain rice
- Salt
- 300 g frozen peas
- 200 g red bell peppers (1 red bell pepper)
- 140 g onions (2 onions)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g beef mince
- Pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 140 g corn (drained; canned)
Instructions

Cook rice in salted water according to package instructions for approx. 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook peas in a little boiling water for 5 minutes. Wash, clean and chop the bell peppers finely.

Peel and dice the onions. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the minced meat in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onions and brown them. Peel, press and add the garlic.

Add lemon juice and broth and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the corn. Add bell peppers, peas and corn and cook for another 10 minutes. If necessary, drain the rice and mix it in. Season with salt and pepper.
