- 4 Rib-Eye-Steaks (≈180 g each)
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Sea salt

Wash and pat the steaks dry. Mix rosemary with olive oil and a pinch of pepper, then brush the mixture over the meat. Grill on a hot grill for 2–4 minutes per side to your liking. Season with sea salt and serve.
