Rhubarb Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb
- 2 Apples
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with fan and top heat.

Wash, trim and cut the rhubarb into about 2 cm pieces. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and dice the quarters. Mix the fruit with vanilla sugar and divide into four oven‑proof bowls. Grate the flour, almonds, sugar and butter together to make crumbs and sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve garnished with coconut flakes.
