  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 400 g watermelon
  • 200 g cherries
  • 200 g strawberries

Instructions

    Whisk the lemon juice with the honey.

    Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut the flesh into bite‑size cubes. Wash, clean, or pit the strawberries and cherries. Let the prepared fruit marinate in the honey‑lemon mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
