Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 small head red cabbage (about 1 kg)
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- 3 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Rinse the raisins with hot water and let them drain.

Quarter the cabbage, remove the core, and strip off outer leaves. Slice finely or shave into thin strips. In a bowl combine the cabbage, raisins, vinegar, orange juice, honey, and salt; mix well and cover for about 30 minutes.

Stir in the oil and walnuts, season with additional salt if needed. Divide among bowls, sprinkle with poppy seeds, and serve immediately.
