Ingredients
- 4 pickles
- 3 onions
- 500 g cooked red beet
- 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- 100 g natural yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 50 ml pickle brine

Drain the pickles and slice them into very thin rounds. Peel the onions and cut them into strips. Peel the red beet and cut it in halves if needed.

Mix the pickles with the red beet and onion strips in a bowl, stir in the horseradish and yogurt, season with salt, pepper and pickle brine, then serve arranged on small bowls.
