Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 g peas (canned)
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • pickle brine
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, deseed and dice into small cubes.

    Rinse the peas and drain them well.

    Dice the pickles into small cubes as well.

    Peel the carrots and dice them into small cubes.

  5. 5.

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice into small cubes.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, a splash of pickle brine, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth; fold in the vegetables and cover for about 30 minutes to chill. Then taste and serve.
