Raw vegetables with cream cheese dip

Ingredients
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 8 mushrooms
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 stalk chicory
- 1 bundle celery sticks
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 onions
- 1 TL butter
- 1 TL curry
- 2 Apples
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 80 ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 EL chives curls

Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Clean mushrooms, quarter them and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash chicory and separate into leaves. Trim celery and cut into pieces. Halve pepper, deseed, wash and slice into wide strips. Wash zucchini and cut into strips.

For the dip peel onions, finely dice and sauté in butter. Sprinkle curry over. Peel apples, grate, drizzle with lemon juice and mix with cream cheese, milk and onions. Season with salt and pepper and fold in chives. Arrange vegetables on plates and serve with dip.
