- 175 g raspberries
- 0.125 l milk
- 3 packets vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- butter (for the molds)
- powdered sugar
- 12 paper muffin tins

Wash, trim, and drain the berries.

Mix flour with baking powder and stir briefly with sugar, egg, softened butter, and milk; fold in the berries. Grease paper muffin cups, fill with batter, bake at 175°C for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
