Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- thyme
- 400 ml milk
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- Lemon juice
- 2 thyme sprigs (for garnish)

Quarter the bell peppers, clean, rinse and dice them finely. Strip thyme leaves from the stems.

Add milk, bell peppers and thyme to a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a thyme sprig.
