The raspberry milkshake from Spoonsparrow provides a fruity refreshment on warm summer days!
Ingredients
- 400 g raspberries
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey (30 g)
- 2 sprigs Mint
Instructions

Wash, clean and dry the raspberries. Blend 1/3 of the raspberries with the milk and honey in a stand mixer or hand blender until smooth. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish. Mix the remaining raspberries into the milk.

Wash the mint, shake off excess water and pick off leaves. Pour the raspberry milkshake into two glasses, garnish with mint and the reserved raspberries.
