Buttermilk raspberry drink: Replenish yourself sip by sip with a variety of vital nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes

Instructions

    Rinse, wash, and pat dry the raspberries. Peel the grapefruit so that all white pith is removed. Cut fruit segments between the membranes, catching the juice.

    Add raspberries, grapefruit (with juice), lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender and puree until smooth. Add buttermilk and oat flakes, blending until creamy. Sweeten to taste if desired, then pour the drink into small bottles for serving.
