Ingredients

  • 4 sprigs oregano
  • 0.75 l raspberry vinegar (or good red wine vinegar)
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 0.75 l sunflower oil

Instructions

    For the vinegar, wash the oregano, pat dry, place in a clean bottle, pour vinegar over it, seal well and let steep for 2 weeks. Then remove the oregano.

    For the oil, wash the thyme, pat dry, place in a clean bottle, pour oil over it, seal well and let steep for 3 weeks. Then remove the thyme.
