Yogurt Ice Cream with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 300 g blueberries
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 150 g quark

Instructions

    Blend the berries with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in the yogurt and quark. Transfer to an ice cream maker or a shallow metal container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes.

    Serve by scooping into bowls with an ice cream scoop.
