Ingredients
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 g yeast (½ cube)
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 Eggs
- butter (for frying)
- 400 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 40 ml raspberry liqueur

Separate the eggs. Mix the flour and buckwheat flour together. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and stir it into the flour mixture with the liquid butter and salt; cover and let rise in a warm place.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter before baking.

Heat a little butter in a pan, drop spoonfuls of batter onto the pan, flatten slightly, and cook each side until golden brown, turning as needed.

For the sauce, simmer raspberries with raspberry liqueur and honey, then serve over the blini.
