Ingredients
- 150 g arugula
- 4 leaves radicchio
- 1 lemon
- 800 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 EL flour
- 2 EL clarified butter
- 1 EL oyster sauce
- 1 EL soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash and dry the arugula thoroughly, then shake off excess water. Wash the radicchio. Halve the lemon, squeeze one half for juice, cut the other half into wedges.

Clean the oyster mushrooms, optionally break them apart, and dust with flour.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms, turning constantly for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with soy sauce and oyster sauce, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
