Ingredients

  • 500 g radishes
  • 4 sardine fillets
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • 100 g Soft Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and optionally leave some green on the radishes; halve them. Crush the sardine fillets with a fork. Finely chop the capers and mix them with the sardines into the butter. Blend until smooth and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Spread a little of the mixture over each radish half and arrange on a plate. Serve the remaining butter in a separate bowl alongside.
