- 500 g porcini mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Clean and trim the porcini mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion. Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté the mushrooms until browned, then add the onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the whipping cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and reduce to a creamy consistency. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
