- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 bunch radishes (peeled, washed, quartered)
- 0.5 bunch spring onions (peeled, washed, sliced)
- 2 leaves lettuce (washed and chopped)
- 1 handful fresh birch leaves (young, washed and trimmed)

Whisk together oil, vinegar, yogurt, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
