Ingredients

  • 300 g radishes
  • 300 g black radish (winter radish)
  • 1 cucumber
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper (from the mill)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and slice radishes and black radish into very thin slices or shave them with a mandoline.

    Wash cucumber and use a zester to pull long peel strips from the cucumber (or thinly peel the skin with a paring knife and cut into very thin strips).

    Arrange radish and black radish slices in a brick‑like pattern on plates or bowls, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place cucumber strips decoratively on top.
