Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • salt to taste
  • 8 radishes (1 bunch)
  • 8 slices whole grain bread with pumpkin seeds, about 250 g
  • 3 pink peppercorns
  • chive ribbons for garnish

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with yogurt and a splash of lemon zest. Wash, halve, seed, and finely dice the tomatoes; fold into the quark mixture. Dice the shallot finely and mix in as well. Season with salt.

    Clean, wash, and slice the radishes thinly. Spread the quark onto the bread slices. Roughly crush the pink peppercorns and sprinkle over. Top with radish slices and garnish with chive ribbons before serving.
