Ingredients

  • 1 bunch small radishes
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • white pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 box watercress

Instructions

    Clean, rinse the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Mix the quark with the sour cream and season well with salt and pepper.

    Fold in the sliced radishes. Spread the radish quark onto the whole grain bread and sprinkle with chopped watercress before serving.
