- 4 radishes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL apple cider vinegar
- 2 EL sunflower oil
- Salt
- white pepper
- 4 lettuce leaves
- butter (for brushing)
- 2 bread rolls
Instructions

Cut the cheese into strips. Wash and clean the radishes, first slice them, then cut into strips, and finally dice finely. Wash and clean the spring onions; slice the white and light green parts into thin rings.

Whisk together lemon juice and vinegar for the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine the cheese with radishes and spring onions in the sauce.

Wash the lettuce leaves, pat dry, and tear into smaller pieces if desired.
