Radish Dip

This fresh radish dip adds a burst of flavor to the plate – quick to make, healthy and perfect with bread or as a snack. Just give it a try!
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- Salt
- 6 Radishes
- 150 g quark
- 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp horseradish (from the jar)
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Peel the carrot, cut into small cubes and blanch in a pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.

Wash and trim the radishes, then cut them into small cubes as well. Shake dry spring onions and slice into rings. Mix quark with yogurt and horseradish. Fold in the carrots, radishes and spring onion rings.
