A fresh salad featuring crisp radishes and bright dandelion greens, tossed in a tangy vinaigrette and accented with creamy cheese nooks, edible flowers, and chervil. Enjoy this vibrant dish from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 2 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch dandelion greens
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g double cream fresh cheese
- 8 edible flowers
- a few chervil leaves

Rinse and clean radishes, then slice them. Clean dandelion greens, removing thick stems, rinse and let drain.

Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil. Marinate radishes in this mixture. From the double cream fresh cheese, cut out small nooks with two damp teaspoons.

Arrange dandelion greens with radishes and the cheese nooks on a plate. Serve garnished with chervil and edible flowers.
