The Low Carb Cheese Chips by Spoonsparrow are quick to prepare and always well received.
Ingredients
- 200 g parmesan
- chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp herbs (e.g., thyme, fennel or rosemary)

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle in small heaps (3-4 cm diameter) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press lightly flat. Sprinkle over with chili flakes and herbs.

Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove the Low Carb Cheese Chips from the oven and carefully place them on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
