Ingredients
- 1 bundle radishes (200 g)
- 1 box garden cress
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean and wash the radishes. Finely shave one radish and grate the rest into a fine shred; squeeze out excess moisture. Cut, rinse, and dry the garden cress. Blend the cottage cheese with an immersion blender until smooth.

Combine the cottage cheese, radish shreds, all but a small amount of cress for garnish, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the spread to a small bowl, garnish with radish slices and remaining cress, or serve on whole‑grain bread as desired.
