Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • juice of lemons
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 2 tbsp capers

Instructions

    Roast sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan and pour onto a plate.

    Rinse, trim, and slice the radishes. Trim, rinse, and finely chop the spring onions. Rinse and optionally cut the arugula into smaller pieces.

    Whisk lemon juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss the prepared ingredients with this dressing and serve on a platter.

    Crumble sheep cheese over the salad and sprinkle capers on top.
