Ingredients

  • 500 g rice noodles
  • 6 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 4 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sweet sake
  • 1 tbsp chili chicken sauce
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 10 shrimp
  • 3 sprigs Thai basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water. Whisk all dressing ingredients together, stir into the noodles. Halve the chili pepper, remove seeds, finely chop, add and season with salt.

    Peel garlic, press it into a small bowl, add shrimp and olive oil, sauté for 3 minutes while turning occasionally. Tear basil leaves into small pieces, fold shrimp into the salad, garnish with basil.
