Ingredients

  • 6 ripe figs
  • 12 bay leaves
  • 4 small goat cheeses (or 1 goat cheese roll, 4 thick slices)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp port wine

Instructions

    Wash figs, pat dry, make two shallow cuts in each fig with a sharp knife and insert bay leaves into the cuts.

    Place oil and wine in a bowl and arrange the goat cheeses and figs on top.
