Ingredients
- 6 ripe figs
- 12 bay leaves
- 4 small goat cheeses (or 1 goat cheese roll, 4 thick slices)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp port wine

Wash figs, pat dry, make two shallow cuts in each fig with a sharp knife and insert bay leaves into the cuts.
