Raclette with Brussels sprouts by Spoonsparrow – The perfect combination of creamy cheese and nutty-aromatic florets!

Ingredients

  • 800 g frozen Brussels sprouts (thawed)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 40 g Butter
  • 50 g roasted onions (ready-made)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • 400 g raclette cheese (sliced)

Instructions

    Wash the Brussels sprouts, pat dry, and halve them lengthwise. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves, and chop.

    Melt butter in a pan and combine with Brussels sprouts, parsley, and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.

    Spread the Brussels sprout mixture onto small raclette pans and top with cheese. Bake in a hot raclette appliance for 6-8 minutes until melted.
