Raclette with Brussels Sprouts from Spoonsparrow – The perfect combination of creamy cheese and nutty-aromatic florets!

Ingredients

  • 800 g frozen Brussels sprouts (thawed)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 40 g Butter
  • 50 g roasted onions (pre-made)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • 400 g raclette cheese (sliced)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, then halve them lengthwise. Wash and shake off excess water from the parsley, pluck the leaves, and chop.

    Melt butter in a pan and mix with Brussels sprouts, parsley, and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg.

    Spread the Brussels sprout mixture onto small raclette pans and top with cheese. Bake in a hot raclette appliance for 6-8 minutes until melted and bubbly.
