Fast vegetable pizza by Spoonsparrow: thanks to the quark-oil dough, long resting periods are eliminated – and hungry people don't have to wait long!

Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 200 g Low-fat quark
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g passata (canned)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 400 g gouda
  • 100 g corn (drained weight; canned)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper

Instructions

    Mix flour with baking powder. Knead quark with eggs, oil and a pinch of salt. Grease a baking sheet with oil and roll out the dough on it.

    Peel garlic and press through a press, mix with passata and tomato paste, season with 1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper, then spread over the dough.

    Cut mozzarella and gouda into small cubes. Drain corn. Slice onion into rings. Clean and slice zucchini and mushrooms. Dice bell pepper. Arrange all vegetables and mushrooms on the dough, sprinkle cheese cubes on top.
