A quick trifle by Spoonsparrow is the perfect tasty and healthy finish for a festive menu.

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Blood oranges
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 8 tbsp granola (15 g each; no added sugar)

Instructions

    Peel the oranges and blood oranges with a knife, removing the white pith as well. Cut out the segments with the knife. Squeeze out any remaining juice and catch it in a bowl.

    Whisk the yogurt with vanilla powder and the citrus juice. Spoon half of the yogurt into glasses and sprinkle with some granola. Place the citrus segments on top, pour the remaining yogurt over them, and finish the quick trifle by sprinkling the rest of the granola.
