Quick Rhubarb Crumble

SpoonSparrow quick rhubarb crumble tastes great for all ages and is a must during rhubarb season.

Ingredients

  • 600 g rhubarb
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Lemon (juice)
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g Butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

    Clean and peel the rhubarb, cut into 3 cm pieces, fill four greased ramekins, sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Mix cane sugar, flour and cinnamon, then fold in melted butter to form crumbs. Spread over the rhubarb and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
