Quick Pasta

Butterfly noodles: Since kids love pasta, this quick "child's plate" with plenty of vegetables is sure to become a favorite dish.
Ingredients
- Salt
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 80 g pearl onions (drained; jarred)
- 250 g passata
- 150 ml cooking cream
- white pepper
- 400 g pasta (e.g., butterfly noodles)
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 150 g peas (frozen)
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and sauté tomato paste, sugar, and drained pearl onions for 30 seconds.

Add passata and cream. Season with salt and pepper; simmer over medium heat until creamy, stirring several times.

Add pasta to the boiling water and cook al dente according to package instructions.

Wash parsley, shake dry, pick leaves, and finely chop.

A few minutes before the pasta is done, add peas and continue cooking. Finally, drain the pasta in a sieve, mix with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with parsley.
