The perfect after-work dish: baked FRoSTA meatball skillet with spinach – delicious and super quick to prepare!
Ingredients
- 2 packs of FRoSTA meatball skillet (450 g each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 g fresh leafy spinach
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella; 45% fat in the mix)
Instructions

Heat the FRoSTA meatball skillet with olive oil and 75 ml water in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse, wash, dry spin the spinach and add it to the pan. Cover and let the spinach wilt for 2 minutes, then fold it in.

Transfer the meatballs and spinach into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
