A quick egg punch from Spoonsparrow is ready in no time and tastes great.
Ingredients
- 40 ml whisky
- 20 ml Drambuie (Scottish whisky liqueur)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions

Add the whisky, Drambuie, honey and whisked egg to a shaker and shake well for about ½ minute, then strain into a glass through a sieve.

Heat the milk in a pot until it is almost boiling, then pour it over the other ingredients while stirring constantly and serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
