Ingredients

  • 1 pack of crostini
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 150 g wild garlic leaves
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 40 g parmesan (grated)
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Toast the pine nuts and walnuts in a dry pan until golden brown.

    Wash the wild garlic, shake off excess water, and roughly chop it.

    Blend the wild garlic with the toasted pine nuts and parmesan, gradually adding olive oil until the pesto reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the pesto onto the crostini and enjoy.
