Ingredients

  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g chocolate cookies
  • 75 g liquid butter
  • 1 packet cream powder (for chocolate mousse)
  • 250 ml vanilla mousse powder (for 1 packet)
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • cocoa powder
  • waffle rolls

Instructions

    Lightly roast the seeds and chop them finely. Place the cookies in a zip‑lock bag and crush them into fine crumbs. Mix both with the liquid butter, pour into a springform pan, press flat, and refrigerate.

    Prepare each cream powder according to the package instructions using 100 g cream and 150 ml milk.

    Layer the cake by alternating two heaping tablespoons of white and dark mousse from the center outward until all mousse is used. Chill for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving garnish with cocoa powder and waffle rolls.
