Ingredients
- 3 apples (sweet)
- 4 tbsp milk rice
- 100 ml unsweetened apple juice
- 100 ml water

Mix the apple juice with water and add the rice, bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer at low temperature for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is tender.

Meanwhile wash, peel, and grate the apples. Add the grated apples five minutes before the cooking time ends and cook until soft. Puree the mixture and serve warm or cold.
