Ingredients

  • 125 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 250 g chilled whipping cream

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    Beat the whipping cream to stiff peaks. Fold half of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate, then gradually fold in the remaining cream, stirring gently until smooth.
